quads,motor bikes,pickup's,trucks and some of the sports cars(mustang,viper,merc)
current speed is around 20-30 for cars and i believe 40-50 for trucks
cars should go around 50-75 and the 4x4 same as top speed or maybe a lil bit lower then top speed?

sportcars -> offroad -> more speed 

Landrover, atv, bikes, truckes, hmv -> okay
normal cars > a bit more speed okay

but sportcars...
