We do have a very very very good reason. He is a Hypocrite, he will complain when something happens to him as a civ then will go cop and do it but do it worse. He flames everyone in the server over something stupid. He makes it a unfun gaming environment.

Admin's need to step up and start kicking people when they flame another member without warning!

Cant see any reasons in this video. He didnt kill you in last part, and you were provoking him yourself there.
Im not saying he doesnt do things like this, its just there should be more specific evidences - such as message log screens with death message in forbidden areas.

I mentioned it in the description, mario even said it in the video, and i dont think your aloud to shoot people in civ spawn too. Also I still dont think that humvee was illegal, I dont think its against the rules but he was asked for gen pattan to give everyone 100k.
