'Tigerbee' abusing admin rights

Sorry if this is in the wrong section I did see a complaint section.

I was on the server today (Sat, 8/28/10 @ about 8PM CST) And I got kick by tigerbee with out warrning or to why I was kicked. I had an idea on why.

I was in pursuit of a criminal (I am a cop, tiger is a civ) when tigerbee was standing close to were we were (The criminal and I)(he was offroading and just got beack on the road so we were going at a slower speed). As im going back on the road a Civy Wanted for murder (Tigerbee) pulled out an auto weapon (Ak 47). Now note that he is wanted for murder im in a chase and a WANTED civ has an auto weapon faces me. So I took leatal action I hit him and continued on my chase as I sent a call to wait for him at civ spawn and arrest for his wanted charge of murder.

Seconds after I got kicked. The actions I did we legal and not breaking any rules. The rule that grants me a right to do as I acted is rule #3 (three) "3.-Cops should only use lethal force if players lifes are directly threatened." A civy wanted for murder pulled an auto weapon on me and is aiming at me my life was in fact treatend. After my kick I messaged him in Teamspeak here is that conversation:

Rule number 3 "3.-Cops should only use lethal force if players lifes are directly threatened."  And for some one that says <20:09:32> "Tigerbee': i know the rules, you apparently don't" I do I've ran my own servers (I still do) and I Admin my own (I know that it dosent matter but I have a point) and I help admin friends servers. From admining I know that I NEED to know the rules and admin should also.

If you go on to read the chat you can see how he tries to back pedal his/her way out on reasons why they turned and why they apparently had there gun out when before they claimed that they weren't even looking and that my gun was still coming up or the other excuses of why they were pointing a gun at me.

I just want to let the senior admins know that Tigerbee's actions were wrong and I was respecting the rules; as Tigerbee was not and using his admin power to punish me for taking action on his possible attempt and current charges. Before I wanted reimbursement but I will dismiss as long as I know that this incident you be documented and remembered by the senior admin staff.

Let's round this up quickly: It all started when Die neunte Seele asked me for help in recovering his truck. He had earlier told me that his truck was stolen by Crim, who was not willing to give it back, so I, bored as I was, decided to help him. After a 20 minutes of driving around with no trace of Crim, i eventually arrived at the crossroads on the way from hospital to storage. What then happened is easily explained:
I was sitting in my car, watching Crim driving the said Ural, scratching the cop. I decided, the good civ I am, to help the cop by shooting the tires of the truck. Unfortunately my AK was holstered, so I turned away from the cop to signalize friendly, and unholstered my AK. While doing so, the cop sped towards me and the only thing i had the time for was turning into his direction to watch him run me over.

So basically I decide to once help the cops in catching a fellow civilian, and all I get is being killed myself.

What made me kick him though was the fact that he was not even able to provide an answer when asked for a reason for his kill.

You fucked up, you got what you deserved. That's how things are handled, if you don't want to be kicked, abide by the rules and use common sense. Seeing as we both lost our car and equipment, nobody has gained or lost from this situation.

Different story then what you told me in Teamspeak and if this is true (and I don' think it is after what you have said so far) in TS all you would have had to do is say 'look this is what happend blah blah blah' then I would have gone oh ok I'm sorry i thought you were trying to kill me cuz you were wanted blah blah blah. Barton, if it actually happened as you describe, Tiger was well within her rights. From my experiances, your one of the 'shoot first, read law second' mentality cops. People who play cops need to understand that civs arent just target practice.

When me and b33 were both GMs a few months ago before the community went down we both spawned things to encourage gameplay and it never destabilized the work ethic of the players or the economics.

anyways, all of the admins here should stay on, they have done their jobs very well for quite some time. Plus, this mod is shared between rp-mods and HGS. So there should be equal representation on both parts. And theres nothing wrong with having like 10 admins. The more the merrier.
