Chat tree suggestion:

Global: Emergency calls, calls from player to cop. (No Idle chat on global!) (Admin exception, they should be able to use global for announcements and such.)
Command Chat (Yellow) Trading and services, team help requests
Side Chat: Well, for the rest.

I agree with this message (This is J. Lynch) Global should be used for emergency situations.  I am sure eveyrone is tired of hearing the complete moaning of everyone. Hey, if they don't like it they can come to the forums. SO yes, I am J. Lynch and I approve of Vixus's message.

there is a phone ingame for emergency's but you new guys still don't get it, Learn to use it !!!! global should still be able to talk just for fun but not spamming/flamming

Using global to talk shit about other players and about how miserably your arma performs, or battleye, or the admins, that ruins more than just the roleplay

Its called Global Chat and not 'call the cops' channel for a reason y'know.

There is a simple way to deal with people who spam the chat. Normally telling them to shut up I used to find quite effective.
I'm sure there was something in the rules about not insulting other players, but calling cops in global was something I have always been against

yeah like I said before there is a phone in game which people should get to use it because you got some little terrorist that kills you for calling the cops in global and then whine that the little terrorist is dming !!!
