I will be posting a video as soon as it uploads but here is a screen shot of Lockman RDMing in civ spawn. He can be seen in my video ammo hacking with an AA launcher and spawn killing civilians at civ spawn multiple times. You can see him in the video and the screenshot wearing the same uniform. Multiple people that were on the server at the time can also vouch for this as he killed them repeatedly as well.
