How come CL is down?

I know there are already enough topic's about ''why CL is down'' But honestly , how come the server has been closed ? I guess we need to make a big bang again and increase the number of players. RP-mods is going down the line. Most activity is on the forums , i think some players will agree with me that we need something new into the RP-mods community. Also the average number of is really few if the server is on. But the main question is:''Why are we going down ?''.

Please tell me/us.

The server is still up and running never was down if that happens I'll restart it directly
but yhea the numbers of players has been going down but I guess most people are waiting for the new version and the stats reset that is coming soon end this month (or start next month) because they'll lose anyway there stats and second with the next version the password will be removed
