I was wrongly attacked and imprisoned and then kicked. Shortly after I came back I was in the prison and then shortly after that I was kicked and banned.

As I was riding my bike to go to the ATM to draw money so I could level my skills to get to 50 vehicles. The reason for this is because I was trying level up to 50 vehicles so that I could start my tour the island and then parajump company. I had then stopped and I heard an engine aproaching so I had huredly made my quick U-turn. I then saw a police GTR on my right side with not sirens or verbal warnings as I had driven down to bank to get my money. As I had done this Major Mayhem had shot me with his M4 when I had presented no lethal threat to him nor to the other around him

* Cops ARE only allowed to use lethal weapons for self-defence, exceptions are hostage situations and terrorists.

* Cops are NOT allowed to kill another player when there is NO danger. Accidents MUST be reported in every case.

* Cops are NOT allowed to jail or stun other players for no reason.

I then proceded to weave saying I had been shot. There was no response as to say it was an accident. Shortly after I had turned into some trees for cover as he had run me down with his car. He then later said it was because I was going to fast.  Right after I had come back to life I was then attack by the same GTR as they shoved an FAL and an M4 into my face. They then tried to force a 5000 fine upon me. Shortly after they had figured I would not pay they then reversed and as I walked out I was stunned. I was then jail and kicked. When I had come back I had then began my long 30 minute scentnce. After I had interagated him to get a confession from him that what he had done was a missuse of polieing powers and unauthorised use of lethal weapons I was then kicked and banned by psybeltoxico for "language" which there is nothing in the rules that touchs on language.

Alright, first to post.

I pulled up along side you. I then sounded my sirens. After this, I got out of my GTR, and then fired a warning burst over your head. After that, I got back in my car. I then used my car to prevent you from fleeing. Arma 2 and its awsome physics system took over. After coliding with me, your bike flipped in the air and you died.

At no time had leathal force been used. In addition, the server was very laggy and could account for your case.

As for the fine, I told you that you could pay or be arrested, and you decline, upon which you were arrested. Psybel then booted you for giving me a bombardment of abuse ( any screens of that?), and for clearly not understanding the conceqences of not following police orders.

Was it not fired by a lethal weapon which is prohibited to be used enless I express the intent to kill or harn those around me or yourself?

No, i used a water pistol that my grandmother gave me 


And it was aimed nowhere near you. If you want, ill have a admin check the logs, you died from a crash, not a bullet.

Then please explain why a bullet had impacted me? Last I check sound arn't just made for no reason and blood pooled for no reason. And still avoiding the question. Yes. or No. Was it fired by a lethal weapon.

Unable to detect sarcasm? Yes, it was fired with a leathal gun, aimed in the air. And ive several witnesses that saw that you didnt die from being shot, and that the crash killed you.

Alright, have me hung drawn and quartered for firing a round into the air. Ever been on a CLR server? They look like Beruit on a Saterday night. Now, as this isnt CLR, we are allowed certain liberites, and in the interest of public saftey, you were a suspected terrorist, so firing a warning shot in the air was acceptable. Understand?

just out of curiosity how many times were you warned about your bad language or you would be kicked / banned?
