First off, constructive criticism please, not "the mod suck".

The system has been activated to stop players from playing on the cop side, switching to civ and then selling vehicles for alot more than they had to pay for them.

Lol sounds like a good import-export system lol. Nah just kidding. But yes one time i dind't want to do that on purpose. Once i was playing on SL as a cop in a humvee , i joined civ side because i got bored. And while being civ i found the humvee back like an hour later... so i just took it.

Ah thats what its in place for.. I tried to steal a cop car and it blew up ( cop shot me in the head but thats beside the point )..

Didn't even think it'd use the fingerprint system.
