I just tried to get my pickup license on the civilian side and it cannot be completed. While it shows you on the map where you start and need to go in the upper right corner it says, "There is a new fingerprint scanner to use this vehicle and only police can use it." It is something to that effect. When it you are suppose to start driving you start outside the vehicle and are unable to enter the HMMV manually. I am thinking that the new addon pack or scripting made the HMMV only useable by the police. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Thanks.
