Sahrani Police Department (cops) & Federal ECD (GSG9).

The Sahrani Authorities have Launched an Emergency Number for Civs to call. From there one of our Operators will take youre call and send the required unit, GSG9, Traffic Cops, Cops or Paramedics, tell the emergency operator WHERE youre emergency is and WHAT  the emergency is.

not that you got a wrong point of view but theres not really much interest in such roleplay groups, sadly.
many have started to make protection firms or different kind of groups like you but they didnt grow big. i dont know why. maybe because everyone actually wants to do his own stuff and not being attached by someone else. but also some of them have left the community.

i recommend you to make some friends on the server then you will have a lot of more fun. and then you can start making a group with them.

it is level 25 to drive the M113 as it is not a armed armoured vehicle and it is level 75 to drive things like shilkas and BMP-2

the SCF will now be changing to Emergency Dispatch, sadly, you will need to platy as cop and you will answer 911 calls and send a unit to the area, use sats to look at the Emergency are to look for hostile ambushes etc.
