I was looking for a partner to help me Start up a Security firm. i am not new to SL nor am i old, but i am a very good RP'er this is alot like SAn Andreas MP(Multiplayer) where i always play in Roleplay Servers.
But back to the point, the basis of my idea(Which whom ever can improve on[Please do give feedback i need help with making this.]) is,

Basicly i am going to have this Command Tree: Leaders(There is more than likely only ONLY going to be TWO Leaders.) ; For the 2nd in command there will be like.. Lieutenant (There will be like no more than 3 of these.) ; There will be next is Officer (there can be however many of these AS NEEDED.) ; Next there will be Regular Security personel (Alot of these.) ; And at the lowest is the Recruit, (This is where a person first starts out..).

Next is the Training: And the Training will go as followed: As a recruit you will have to be trained by a Officer.. then after your training you will have a followup on your Performance. The Follow is like about 2 or so days after your Training, An Officer and/or Security Personel(Anyone that is not too new him/Her-self.) to get a Review(now this doesnt mean IF YOU FAIL... you will be kicked out JUST MEANS YOU WILL RE-DO The Training..[ohave 3 CHANCES to Pass the Review]) After the Training is complete and you pass the Review you have just become a Security Personel and moved you way up the food chain!!
Note: Listen this is all how its going to be this is just MY idea... who ever WANTS to give feedback PLEASE DO!!!

Pay System: Ok so this is how i think the pay-system should work, From the Bottum up. Recruits... Well.. they wont get paid, not until they become a Security Personel. Now to Security Personel. They will get 40% Of the Services done for Whomever, (For Example; You protect the weapon convoy for cops. they pay you 1000$ then the Security personel get 30% of that 1000$ but this is where it becomes Complicated.. If there is more than one Security Personel it will be split two ways the 40% or if three Sercuity Personel is there then the 40% of the 1000$ will be split 3 ways.). Then onto the Officers the Officers get 40% of the However much money they take in. (Also as i said before, the same goes as if there are more than one Officer on that specific Mission.) Lieutenant's get 60% of however much money. so on so forth. and the Leaders well... ill explain taht now.. Ok, so for example; The 1000$ is already split, there is 450$ left over after everyone has taken there share. that 450$ goes to the Higher up on at that time. such as an Officer or Lieutenant, then that person gives the money to the One of the leaders when they are on or if they are already on. so all the left overs go to the Leaders and put into the bank for the Firm, during emergencys.

Vehicles: Vehicles, the people driving these Vehicles will have the have the appropriate License. if not they will have to have SPECIAL PERMISSION From the Police. One of our Officers and yourself will speak with a police officer to see if that would be O.K.! Armed Vehicles: You HAVE to have permission from not only the Police but one of our Officers or Lieutenants. UnArmed Vehicles: These are O.K. to drive Without Permission, but you HAve to have the License to do so, or as i said above talk to an officer and Police Officer.

Down Time/Off-Duty Time(Because we will be on the Civilian side i would imagine.): When you are not on Duty you are NOT Required to do anything Illeagal or Legal... but if one of the Police Officers or an Officer of the Firm cathes you, you will have either a Strike or Demoted or Kicked out all together.. Other than that it is all up to you.

Strike System: You have ONLY 3 Strikes... once you get three you are either Demoted or Kicked out... So Stay on your Best Behavior...!

Weapons: We will ONLY Supply a limited amount of weapons... the rest you will have to buy youreself.. we do supply Light weapons and RARELY Medium Weapons and Ever More RARELY Heavy Weapons..

Also, this is ONLY AN IDEA, i am still looking for someone to help me out.., and This wont just be some little thing if this is to become a reality.. this will be a Full-Time job for the Leaders(Me and whomever wants to help..) to get this Started.

very professional structure and ideas,i am sure u would have found a couple of guys joining, when there would be more players online, but due to the fact certain admins love banning everyone for almost no reason, not possible tho.
8 guys, including me stopped playing SL atm cause we are pi$$ed and we do not allow someone to rule us, as a result of that we are getting ARMA II to play on different roleplay servers, as long as nothing happens with the responsible.

I feel very sorry for you, as i already mentioned a great idea, although u'd find more members if it would be a mafia organisation for example

u prolly should wait till they decided bout the future of SL server and the adminteam...

people that find it hard to give him some feedback shouldnt even bother answer. Its one of very few people who tries to make something with the game. And yes the truth is that rp at the servers is long gone. Its just about killing cops blow up the map and screaming at eachoter.

Lets go to James.
i have a thought about the payment. Maby you should take a fixed fee for every one person. i just pick some fee out of the air.

Someone hire 3 of your employes for some work. maby 1000 per security officer. they keep 250 as pay and split some too higher ranks and keep the rest in the bank.

And one more thing, allmost everyone is rich in the games so maby you can add 1 zero to your fee.

il be opening my new improved hella gay nightclub called the manhole or the cockpit. il be looking for security, to check suspicious devices, people sneaking in their own drugs or booze and weapons .... il pay 10k a head on security. and also might invest some money in your your company mayb supply some start up guns cars, become a silent partner of sorts

before anyone trys to correct me i know he wants feedback which was not what i wrote. im showing him he wont be only one doing some rp in game and making a fair business proposal aswell. as for people who dont PLAY the game your input although taking the stance of some kinda hero martyr, it is as worthless as the guy shooting down the idea ok
