It works both ways. I used to be a cop-only player, but I switched to civ-only because of the amount of numbnuts on the cop side.

I hate that lvl1 cops asking about stun, where is bank ... what to do ...

Tnx to them civs blame ALL cops instead
And no organizations, no pairs ... just lonoewolf (some times suicide) missions for cops

To be able to join cops you have to:
* Apply on forum (so we know UR not too stupid to use forum and write)
* We can test at least your basic English
* we can check you have at least lvl15 (or 10, i would prefer 20!)
* we can check you have ALL licenses (or missing truck and air ...)

How the hell can lvl1_COP++first_time_SL be a good cop??!!
Not possible!
As a civ he can't harm so much ...

I think cops should carry mobile phones at all times, and type in Global Chat regulalary (i cant say it, let alone spell it lol)

no not speak in global only when they have to tlak to civs at distance only direct when close to a civs if they speak in global all the time its spams civ side also when cops need to stop people i hate it when you see a cop saying stop in global you think hmm thats not for me keep on going they u find out a cop is shooting the sh*t out your car for not stopping they should type your name n say stop or have a quick messege in direct that says stop cos there distance on direct is quite good

thats why cops shouldent speak in global as civs are talking on side loads of messages disapear without being read i think they should bring back VON
