Will you enable ropes in the next version?

We do not enable it, because it allows the pilot of a heli to pick up vehicles under it. So people could abuse this, to randomly take away other players vehicles.

All I wanna do is get all the factories and make some spread sheets :)

One question tho, Concerning the Factories and such. How can you get players to gather resources for you? IE I need some way for my guild members to drop Resources into my factory storage.

Only the owner of the factory can drop the resources, but you can make them give you the keys of a vehicle when the resources are in the trunk. You are then able to acces the trunk yourself and transport the resources into the storage. Else the player has to give the resources to you sthrough the inventory system.
