Maybe in future versions a mayor can activate CCTV around the town, they will be in fixed places but the mayor can decide whether safety or privacy prevails?

Take some of this bullshit level relied shite out! I can't fly any of my 4 choppers (nor fellow company choppers) nor shoot straight just because I don't focus on leveling.

All the money I make in game relies on things I can no longer do, atall. I can't afford to pay all HC employee's enough to level up and use our equipment properly especialy if they haven't played since before leveling was introduced!

Sure some of its good but restricting things people already own and have paid licenses for?

And i totaly agree with the CCTV idea. Replace civcams with it, so cops can only veiw set areas insted of a magical  camera.

Heck, I don't think most wouldn't mind if you introduced satcam, as long as it didn't auto home-in on civs.

As i already suggested, Gangland-Flags would be nice. Flags which Guilds can capture and declare it gangarea. So they recieve a goodie, if they hold them. With this civis have a mission/activity, so they could spend their hundreds of weapons they produce on. And not just to robb the bank and ambush some noob cops. The Flags could also be captured by cops, to restore order in this specific areas. Like this we have something like a hostage situation, just that the hostage is not a person, its a flag. :)

That was already implemented in previous versions and got removed because no one ever used it.

Yeah but the old one had big problems:

1. to far away

2. no goodies, that would make cops go there to end a gang war and recapture it for the government or something.

3. Gang was AI -> not realy a gang war like that. I have in mind that the boardertowns like masbete, pita, orbregan can be taken hostage by guilds or terrorists. So the cops have to enter the area and restore freedom. I think there should be to push a button like "spray gangtag" and after 5min or so, the area goes to the gang. Cops get a hint that gangs capture a town and have to recapture it, or other gangs. As long as gangs would hold it, the carshops or other transactions pay 15% more or something like that and gangs get a extra paycheck.

All cars that can't make it across the bridge should be removed. Fiat for example. (not talking about stunt-jump here).

the levels are non negotiatable, they stay. thats why he implemented them, if you cant fly your choppers in your organisasion, you need ONE pilot for the group to fly... think about it, group specaltys, not everyone in real life can do everything...

A storage for planes only would be good too. I mean I can't land a plane at the storage loc in bagango (maybe a piper or autogyro). The big problem is when you have stored the plane. How do you get it away from that flag pole?

ah, hence the star truck... if you have the level for a plane, you can drive a star truck.

But the thing is, we do have pilots, mainly me now. They/I can't fly our aircraft because they/I don't focus on leveling, they/I focus on getting their/my jobs done. It just seems a bit daft. I bought a UH-60 so I could transport things faster. I've paid for my license, I can fly, and I've purchased a helicopter. In real life if you've passed your test you're legal. You dont have to spend millions upon millions to "level yourself up" so you can do what you already have a license for... Maybe make it so you have to be a certain level before you can try for the license, but actualy restricting vehicles themselves is a bit retarded. You dont automaticaly fall out a helicopter if you get in one without much experiance in real life.

IMHO flying and shooting in ArmA already depends on actual player skill most times to the point of not needing this exact system.

So I can store a plane in the STAR-truck? When I approach the pole. Do I store the truck with the plane or unload the plane separately?
